My target at The Oberoi Cecil was to celebrate Thanksgiving. I liked everything about the hotel, but what stood out the most was the indoor swimming pool. The premier valley rooms were spacious with great views, and the hospitality was exceptional. The staff, especially Chef Raj, Ativ, and the efficient waiter from Nainital, were excellent. A superb hotel with outstanding service.
